I'm using schedule 40 PVC and I'm fastening all connections with Oatey PVC cement. As this is going to be part of a closed loop system, is there a minimum amount of time I should allow the cement to cure before installing it? Reactions: tlindsey

The glue itself isn't toxic to fish. We don't have very high pressure, so once it is set I'm not worried about popping a connection or anything.
