pvc concrete question

so i am making my first venture into doing a sump ive always just ran big canister filters because ive heard so many nightmare stories about bulkheads leaking and so on. but i picked up a pre drilled 150 gallon tank from craigslist with stand and glass lids for 200$ bucks so i figure its time to go ahead and do it. so on to my question. i picked this pvc glue up from the local hardware store and wanted to make sure its aquarium safe

it very likely says no on the container but many people have safely used it

I've used that stuff with no ill effects. Just make sure to let it dry for a few hours to be extra safe. Don't forget the primer too!
