I had one. a member on pfury had a shoal of I believe 10 of them mixed with silver dollars, seemed pretty neat.

Denticula are pretty common... an lfs near me has them in from time to time labelled as brandtii

same, old piranha books labeled them as brandtii for a long time.

Haha I just picked up 2 from my LFS selling them as brandtii piranha. That's funny you say that...They are interesting looking. Kind of like a mixture of a piranha and pacu...

i want to get them but how aggressive are they.... are they like exodons

Apparently they aren't that aggressive. On a couple websites I read that their temperament is nowhere near the red belly's.

They aren't very aggressive at all more of a show fish than anything.. you can put them with stuff like silver dollars and other similar sized fish without any issues.
