pyramid and long nose butterlies

also if anybody knows if eible mimic tangs keep their angel like coloration... that'd be a big help

I know for sure copperbands are reef safe. Copperbands are the only butterflies, I heard of being reefsafe but usually people find them hard to keep. However i dont see why a long nose would not be reef safe. That probably did not help at all.

I just did some looked on nyaquatics website and they said the pyramid is reef safe. http://www.nyaquatic.com/servlet/the-296/Pyramid-Butterfly-dsh-Hawaii/Detail He knows his stuff i had an intense conversation with him when i bought my clown trigger haha

well liveaquaria had them listed as reef safe as well i just wanted to make sure...
looks like im getting a pyramid butterfly

i would still like to find out about those mimic tangs though.. i don't think they keep their color

Long nose (Forcipiger) you shouldn't have a prob, mine never touched corals.
