Can someone explain how a male connector and a female connect look like? One of those parts seem to break and I need a replacement. My description is its green colored plastic, and the tip is pointy. It connects to the brass adaptor. Maybe a male I think?

I whent to google, typed in Python aquarium and found the python website.

The main page has a button for "Replacement parts." It shows the whole thing and lables each part with an item number and lists the price+Commonly used name below.

here's google. http://www.google.com

P.S. Call around for a water bed drain/fill kit, the "pump" is the same as what's sold on the pythons.

Hi it seems to happen a lot
Your're talking about the weirdly shaped thingy that connects to the sink right?
easier to pick up the part at a lfs. A few carry them 5-7 bucks i think

Yeah my python is also begining to fail at the same place but i have got many years of service out of it i think it's a good peice of equipment.

The red part is the part that broke, it was leaking so I tightened it and outta no where it snapped off. So I have to get the whole faucet pump? Where would I disconnect the old one and screw in the new one?

You have to buy the whole faucet pump. Alternatively, there's a similar part that's made for filling waterbeds, not that anyone still uses a waterbed.
