Python Water Hose not working

Hey all, long time no see.

I tried to top off my 75g yesterday and i had the python hooked up to the sink like usual. I turned it on but no water came out of the other end. When I unscrewed it, a bunch of water shot out of the faucet. It had been under high pressure. Instead of going down the tube into the tank, the water just built up in the pipes. It won't siphon water out either. Also, all the connections seem to be clear.

Any ideas on what the problem could be and/or how to fix it?

Is the valve open? Sounds like your valve is closed.

Check your valves then the hose for blockage.

I've had this problem in the past when a rock or something got caught in tubing or choke points.
