Bleach solution. Like 10/1 ratio. Then rinse with clean water and soak in water and prime our other dechlorinator

Leave it on suction while you roll it up and you'll get all of the water out of it and eliminate any need to clean it.

This is what I do.

But since it's too late for that.
What I did for the clear tubing on my hydroponic setup
was run some nylon cord threw it, Tie it to a 2" wide
strip off an old t-shirt, And pull it threw.
