Q about scratched up 100gl acrylic tank

I got a 100gl acrylic tank that is scratched up inside and out.
I am hand buffing the entire thing (Inside and out) using the scratch removal bottles #1-3.

With that said, my question is...
Once Im satisfied with the results, Is there a way to de-contaminate the tank from the Chemicals? Or does it just need an Old Fashion water cleaning (Maybe rinse of and wash with a soft sponge 3 times 100%)?

Im planing on doing a DIY Sump/Grow out tank for my 300gl.
Nothing fancy tho

E i just setup my acrylic tank which i also buffed out with novus. I just rinsed it ouyt 1 time with water and filled it up afterwards. fish didnt have any problems.

Yep, just give it a good rinse out and it will be fine.
