Q on angel behavior

ok, so i was watching my 2 juvie marbled angels in my planted tank tonight, and i noticed that they were moving very slowly along the top edges of the tank and stopping at each corner to stare at it for like 5-10 minutes. Im very perplexed by this behavior, does anyone know what it is or if they are just doing it randomly?

sounds like silly angel behavior. My severums did this all the time until they got a little bigger. Might be looking for food

Just curious angels checking things out...think of how inquisitive a puppy is before it starts to get some age...fish are no different - it's just harder to relate their behavior with human emotions...

I'm sure to an older fish, what young fish do seems stupid and juvenille
