Q On Feeding Silversides

Is seems when mine eat them they don't want to eat again for a whole day or two. Is that ok, or does it mean they are overfed?

Because I've been told to not miss a day on feeding them when they are still under 7'' .

If they still look like they just fed and don't want to eat they just aren't hungry and don't feed again that day
If my sen still has a bulge from the day before I skip a day and he eats fine the next day other wise I end up wasting food he won't eat and doing an extra wc

That's what I thought. I just hadn't realized they were so filling lol.
