So I have a unused 10G tank, I figured I would set it up as a hot spare, that can be used as a QT or a place to drop my preg guppies.
I have the heater and filter running, just a "Tim Allen" HOB, currently what I am doing is storing the filter media in one of my sumps so it stays colonized.
however in the event I have to use this as a hospital tank, I don't want to put any media in it that will eventually endup back in one of my other tanks.
Can I use prime with the medication? basicly put the fish in the tank, medicate then add prime, this was I can kill the problem without infecting my filter media.
