Here&There
I am thinking about getting a subscription to TFH. I had one from 2005-07 and loved it. Is it still good consistantly? Didn't they get rid of the "Top of the Food Chain" column? I don't want it if all it is now is livebearers and salt. I can pick up a current issue just like anyone, but I am wondering about long term big picture for last year or two. Is it still worth it?

There was a good article about Jeff Rapps and how he started though last month. Recently, I mainly just been reading the cichlidophiles pretty much . There has been a lot of salt articles for the past 3 months.

Off topic, but your avatar gives me a horrible memory. My grandmother forced me to watch that show at her house when I was little...

I get the digital subscription, didn't cost much at all . . . still a good mix of FW and SW, but I don't know what it used to be like . . . it's okay I guess

I was'nt aware that they stopped the Top of the Foodchain column and hope that they have'nt.I'd probably sign up if it was a monthly feature.

Its been light on cichlidss as of late, but I imagine it's topics are cyclical and we're due for some good stuff soon. There is a good article on catfish in the newest issue. The way I see it is if you're gonna buy one out of three issues at the store it will cost about the same to get every issue by subscription.

Used to take midafternoon siestas with that on as background noise. His voice could put a meth-head to sleep. His paintbrush was straight magic, and his hair..... The man used a knife to paint landscapes. A KNIFE!
