Quarantine of Wild Pikes

Since most pikes that show up in an LFS are wild caught, what do you guys do during the quarantine process? Do you do a methylene bath dip? Do you treat for gram negative and gram positive bacteria? Do you use Prazipro for parasites?

If there's nothing visually concerning about them, I just use PraziPro. If they look unhealthy sometimes I also use Metro+. Jungle Parasite Cure seems to work well too.
