queen botias?

so my lfs got a few queen botias in and i was curious ifanyone has any experience with them and if so how is/was it? thanks

its a 115 long, and i have 2silvertip sharks, 3bolivian rams, 6celebas rainbows,1pictus cat, 5 serpae tetras, 2 clown loaches (more planned), 2 s. petricola, 3otos, 2trinidad plecos, 1 albino bushnose longfin pleco, 1 crab

All of the Queens I have bought have eventually gotten parasites and died. Praziquantel treatment was ineffective. Be prepared to treat with Levamisole or they will probably die
