Got word from The Ultimate Aquarium at Morayfield about this. Every 3rd friday of each month, they have a swap, meet 'n greet sorta thing. Im going and just curious to see if anyone in this area knows about it?

Its every 3rd Friday of the month. So the next one should be the 21st of October if Im not mistaken.
The lady at Ultimate Aquarium said its held near an Aldi supermarket.

Ooooh, its in Cairns. I'm not THAT keen as beans to go, thats too far to travel for me. it says that its got hands on workshops though... sounds fun.
They have advertised an auction that was on the 8th of this month... i would have loved to go to that.

Its in Caboolture. The QAH is also in Cairns. Just gotta look sharper. Should be above the cairns notice. The section were it says ' Every 3rd Friday of the month' in it.

ok i am totally new at this page and you look like your up late nights i can't figure out how to make a post. also maybe you know this question i just bought a priceie pleco a chocolate zebra it say it is carnivore but i don't know what to feed it lol i have many other plecos and this is the only one that eats meat. i feed my other fish small shrimp and they love it, does he eat the leftovers :O) lol i am not crazy i just don't want to starve my new pleco. i am hoping you can point me to the right person as finding info on some of these fish are hard.

UPDATE: Went to the Queensland Aquarium Hobbyist last friday the 19th. It was really fun, informative night. Won some bottles of fish flakes. Ill be sure to go in November. And for anyone else that was there, I was the 14 year old kid along with his mum. With white shirt, dark blue jeans.
