Question about 24" Silver Aro??

My 24" silver is always on the bottom of my 300 gallon tank. is that normal?

no if its new its probably stressed and does it have tankmates? but either way its stressed

yes he is new. 24hrs new. he is not always on the bottom but he does go to the bottom. he has plenty of tank mates. just not to many up top were he likes to be. i do have 3 gars in the tank.

how big are gars? and let the aro get use too its tank

one gar is like 12" long and the other two are like 8" to 9".

IME aros on the bottom means stress.

Give it a few days to settle in, keep the lights off. More than likely it's stressed from the move. They pout for a while after they're relocated.

My green does that when he's stressed, is there a lot of activity in front of the tank? Mine freaks every time I clean the outside of the glass and goes and sits in the corner...
