question about a dovii

i have a empty 125g,i was wondering how many dovii can i put in there.thx

But you can put them with other fish right? Like a Jaguar or Midas?

I have one Dovii in a 150g with a Jag,TRT,Xingui 1, and a couple of plecostemus. He hides most of the time but yes he fights with everybody when he does come out. I would be safe to say yes you can but at what cost is the question. if you are just really wanting to own a Dovii I would keep him by himself. For sure as an adult but i won't have to tell you that you will see for yourself why they get the meanest cichlid lable. Oh yea I had the female Dovii in the 150g also but had to move her out quick! Her and the male constantly go at it. So housing more then one Dovii in any tank less then a 240g and that's on the low side I would not recomend.

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't allow anything else to live with it, but you know how it is with cichlids, nothing is guaranteed.
