Question about bio?

Do you guys clean it?
Do you guys move it around( like my bacteria grows more in the bottom ,will it be ok to switch the top bio balls n plastic scrubbies to the bottom)?
Does the bb will stop growing if there's no surface are in the bio or will it keep growing n growing?

It is bad if i do ..I just notice that i made more holes in the front on my diy so the back bio balls and plastic scrubbies are getting almost nothing only like drops but the front is ok

Is that a serious ? Lol. You won't have ammonia or nitrites if it's working. If it's not working, you 'll have dead fish
