Question about breeding

How big of a tank would you need to breed Clown fish? Is the answer about the same for puffers?

Ive seen people breed clowns in 30 gallon tanks. The fry dont really need much in the way of a large tank space either, but they are still difficult to raise.

Spawning...probably even in a 20g. We are doing it in my lab fairly regularly with a 40B.

Feeding the fry is the hard part. GL.
