I just bought a cleaner shrimp 2 days ago and drip aclimateded him for 2 hours,he is the only 1 in the tank is it possible that my cleaner got sucked up by 1 of my anenome's or is it possible that the little guy is hideing because I cant find him anywhere he hasent been seen all day accept this morning by my girlfriend when she feed the fish

probably hiding, inverts and fish can hide for weeks and you will think them long dead, only to show up again.

however it is possible the anemone ate it, of all the shrimp i never had one die that way tho.

The important questions are what species your anemone is, and how big the shrimp in question is.

Your question reminds me of a clownfish I had picked up that tried to host in a big elephant ear mushroom within minutes of being introduced to the tank, when I checked on the tank a few hours later to see how the new addition was acclimating it's tail was sticking out of one of the mushrooms mouths... Don't underestimate what a cnidarian can eat when it wants to.

Thanks for all the help u guys I really appreciate all the responses, but the patience paid of and he is still alive and kicking guess the little guy was hiding real well, the main reason I bought him was for the new purple tang I just bought a few days ago I will post a few pics shortly

your tang and other fish will love having him in there to keep them clean of parasites and all kinds of fun stuff

What type of mushroom was it?
