Question about fertile female flowerhorn?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
it means that when she lays eggs, are they able to actually become fish.
ferility: Biology. the ability to produce offspring; power of reproduction

ok but how do you know the eggs are fertile eggs? people might think they have a sterile male. is their a way to tell?

scientific method.
try different males that you know are fertile. truthfully, ive never actually seen an infertile female, but that doesnt mean its impossible.

I thought if she lays eggs and their not white eggs then she's good or the eggs are good anyway. Anyone else got info on this?

even if the female is infertile, when she lays the eggs they are going to be brown at first. after about a day or so, they will all turn white around the same time. if they stay brown and become wigglers and eventually fish, both parents are fertile.
