is it normal for him to be just kinda chillin at the bottom in a corner or sometimes in just random spots on the bottom, when hes not swimming around? hes eating fine and does swim its just at times when i look hes just chillin on the bottom.

no it's not normal. how long have you had the fish? it could be stressed.
if you just had him and the tank is in high traffic area, water parameters are bad, your aro could be stressed. also, black arows are very skittish, easily spooked. so when you get near the tank, they get scared right away.

the tank is setup about 5 ft from where i sit in the living room most times when he is up front he his right near the front glass sideways as if hes looking at me.. he doesnt seem to be to scared when i or some1 approaches the tank IF he is up front he doesnt dart to the back but slowy swims back there. the water is good ive had him almost 2weeks or so now, maybe he is just stressed he eats fine though so thats good but he sure is BLACK his whole body really dark he was alot more silver in the body compared to how dark he is now is that a sign of stress?
