i have a ghk fish probly about a year now. hes in an and around the11-13in ball park and he all ways used to eat a brunch of food recently about the last month he will go and eat maybe one or two peices of frozen krill and thats eat. i do feed that tank every other day i feel like hes way to big for 2 krill every few days to really keep him health. anyone have any idea or should he be fine.

mix it up with food.. krill is only thing he eats?? its not really made for them so maybe hes stunted..........tanks size? more info would help.. try massivore pellets.

its a 55g taNK there is a fire eel about 14in the gkf 2 sens about 7 and 5in2 ropes about 9 and 7in and 3 sevrums ones about 3in others are about 5ish. every other day i feed a mix of blood worms beef heart and krill and 1once aday i trough in some crips.

That is A LOT of fish for a 55g tank... What are your water parameters?

That Fire Eel will need to be moved, along with a couple of those ropefish, i'm afraid. Is this your only tank?

il lcheck the water params later we but when ever i check its always within range i also do weekly water changes and have a flvual 304 working it. to me donst seem like a huge bioload on the tank

My mistake on the ropefish. I misread and thought you said you had 5 of them. That's my bad...

Even still, that will be one mega-stocked tank in a year or two. I'd think it would be right now, but if you keep up with water changes, and have a decent filter, you may just be pulling it off.

Is there any way you can post a pic or two of the tank?
