Question about my new dovii

I just picked this little guy up the other day. Can anyone sex it for me? Also, is this guy going to get too aggressive to have other fish in my tank?

Need a side shot to sex. Yes more than likely to aggressive for tankmates once it gets bigger. A male everything will be seeked out and destroyed as it feels it can take them. Female your options open up slightly with a big tank, but still going to have to have other aggressive mates that don't take no sh*t because females can be nasty nasty to. Nothing is a given with mixing cichlids especially parachromis.
