I have a 180 gal with an RTC in it. I currently have an fx5 hooked up. What media would you put in it?

I have a cascade 1500 that comes with 4 canisters. First on the bottom is stocked with bio-rings. Second, bioballs with a sponge on top, third with rubber bio snowflakes(that's what it looks like, came with pre-colonized bacteria) and sponge on top and a water polisher. Last one is stacked with two sponges and a polisher. I have to change polishers about once every two months but that's about it. Just open the canister, take them out, put the new ones in and that's it. Tank is always clear. And I use a pre-filter.
I have to turtles and two silver sharks in there in a 55gl tank so bioload is pretty big but it works. Anarachis also helps big time by eating up stuff in my tank as well.

Yeah, I know about RTC size and big tanks... Im just trying to see what people think I should be putting in my FX5.
