what keep the moisture from getting in between the product use to waterproof the wood i was talking to a guy that do fiberglass and he was telling me the wood will rotted over time because of the moisture

There are an awful lot of plywood tanks that have lasted for well over ten years. Of course there are also a lot that have failed. I think it boils down to how careful one is during construction.
is there anyone here that has a plywood tank that is 10 plus years old if so please post pic & what you did to make it last that long
