Question about the Reaction EFU-35 filter

Hi everyone, I am new here and look forward to all the great information and advice I am going to find here.

I just purchased a Reaction EFU-35 filter and the flow seems to be really low. It hardly movies the sword leaves right in front of the outlet. Does anyone here have one of these that can tell me how the flow is with theirs?

Is the Sun Sun filter basically the same filter?

my 45 is slow but it does a great job filtering
