My bulbs went out Friday and I haven't been able to fix them. I took my Icecap ballast to the LFS and replaced what i thought was the problem. The fuse was black and seemed fried. Replaced it, and it didn't help. Bought two new bulbs, and still no light. My question is it an end cap issue, wiring, I don't know? The ballast has been rebuilt twice, and seems to be fine. So now what?
