Question about vinyl tubing

Making a spray at for my fx5, my main question is; would 1" ID regular vinyl tubing be strong enough, with the pressure and everything?

It should be fine. I'm using 1" ID tubing as the return line off my 2100gph pump in my sump - which I believe is almost 3x the gph of the FX5.
