I haven't even put water in my 55g but I'm already starting another planted tank!!
I was bored yesterday so i got a cheapo 10g from walmart. i wanna do a low budget / low tech setup with no co2, maybe a little Excel dosing.
I'm plan on using some sort of desk lamp or clamp-on lamp that uses CFL bulbs to get about 2wpg. since the light will be fairly high off the tank and will be dispersed, im going for a low light setup.
now my question to you guys is, what plants have you had grow well with no co2 and low lighting??? i know there are lists out there of low light plants but i wanna see what has worked or hasnt worked for you guys.

those have worked well for me and i even had some vals (italian i think) that worked.the vals didnt expload and grow real long,but they were sending runners everywhere
