Question for anyone that has sold items online......

Why it is that sellers are always willing respond back to any questions regarding items have for sell within the same day, even same hours sometimes but once money has been transfer they would not answer emails for days on end

Once they have your money in hand the sales no longer a pressing matter. We buy and sell stuff on Ebay all the time and this is occasionally a problem. I recomend using a credit card for payment even if your using a pay pal account because you can always contact the credit card company and put a hold on payment or even get your money back in a fraud case.

How long should I wait to take any actions? Don't want to make it seem like I'm impatient or anything but payment was made this pass Friday thru paypal and has not heard from seller since.

set the time limit yourself. Email them a deadline and explain that your canceling payment until you get a response from them.

yeah I would allow a couple days for shipping and what have you. Sometimes people are so busy they send stuff thinking you'll get it by the time they could email you. But if they're not answering your emails then I would make some demands you have it by a certain date.

Thanks for all responses, issue has been resolved. It's just very frustrating when selling party refuses to answer emails in a timely manner after money has exchange hands.
