Has anyone ever seen a video or pictures of any payara being caught in the wild other than Armatus? I am exclusively looking for some Tatuaia footage or pictures from wild fish. But I have not seen any others etheir. And i have searched and came up with nothing. Also does anyone speak Portuguese and if so do they call the red tailed payara by some other name? -----------Thanks to all and please post up the pictures or footage.

ive seen pics of tatauaia and raphiodon being caught.
rarely or never have i seen scombs or cynodon fishing pics.
i MAY have seen redtail fishing vids...but i cant remember where or when.

i heard a guy call them something else in a fishing vid. it was something like "wabentha". spelling is deff wrong but he called them this over and over.

The first place I looked was youtube and i have been watching vids on there for ever and have never seen any other than armatus. And that just seems odd to me. Of course I have not watched every vid on you tube and everytime i search for the payara you get different vids.
