First let me say what a cool site this is with tons of creative people!

My question is ....Is it possible to build a plywood tank that is see through front to back? I want to build a tank that would act as a room divider in my basement. Tank dimension would be in the area of 7ft. long 3ft deep and 3ft tall

What special considerations/techniques need to be used on such a build? What material for the windows, glass or acrylic?

All input is appreciated!!!

I dont see why you cant if a person can make one glass/acrylic around why not plywood on two sides and clear on two.

Absolutely.. Just order 2x pieces of glass and ~1 less sheet of plywood :p

Its a little trickier to do a front and side window, but thats been done here too.

I should be just the same as a standard plywood. Depending on the material that you use for te viewing window, the thickness will vary. You could use either for the project.
