Question: Lunar moon glow 1 watt lights

Just got one for my braackish tank, I need to know how long I can leave this light on for. I usually turn it on around 9pm and then off in the morning when I turn on the other lights. Can I just leave it on all the time?

If its LED go for it. They will last basically forever. The switch will break from turning them off and on before they burn out. @1 watt you'll never see a difference on the bill either.
