Question on Arowana with Cichla

Can I put my 10-12 inch silver arowana with my 14-15 inch cichla? Lmk what you think please.
 
I would like to know about their compatibility as well. Sorry mfm, I really can't help you with an answer but I am glad you posted this question, I was curious about this
 
It could work but since your Cichla is bigger, it could bully the Arowana.

I am only scared of the bass trying to eat it. It holds it own against the 7-8 inch bass he is with now. I will probably just throw him in the 55 and grow him out a little more.

Probly ok your rino isn't that aggro.....
 
I have tons of other fish with them, so I dont think they would only try to bother the arowana...maybe I will move him down tonight.:headbang2
 
He is in the 150 now...just have to watch the bass around him for a while.
 
I kept a 10 in aro with a 14 pbass, they even grew up together, when they were introduced the aro was about 3in, and my bass about 6. The bass used to bully but they soon developed a tolerence for eachother. Now the even stay close together in the 240gal.
