Question on baby buttikoferi

At my lfs I saw some adorable and very small buttis; about an inch long or so. I do not plan to buy them because of my tank limit, but I am curious; would they kill neon tetras at that size?

Also, what would be a good tank size for these fish?: 1 butto, 1 flowerhorn, 1 texas, and a red devil. Thanks.

A fight between a 1" Buttikoferi and a full grown neon tetra would be like fighting the United States Army with a pocket knife.

Lets see. 1 Butti = Extremely aggressive. As is a Red Devil and a Flowerhorn. Then if you were to add a texas, the tank size would be a minimum of 8x2x2. It probably could be done in a much smaller tank, but why risk it.
