hi i set up a nano tank around 2 weeks ago and i put in some cured live rock it cost like $50 a kilo for the more solid and $18 per/kilo for the branchy stuff i was gonna go for cheaper but this stuff looks way better so my question was will this make the cycling process faster if so how long should i wait for just shrimp and a few coral. btw its gonna be a invert only tank no fish:)

$50 a kilo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that's highway robbery, you can find MUCH better than that.. especially living on the coast.. isn't it legal to take stuff from the ocean in aussieland?

anyway the branchy stuff looks better IMO and is much more reasonably priced..
true fully cured rock means you could stock the tank immediately, unfortunately there's really no rules for sellers to have to ahve it actually fully cured
so they could sell you uncured or semicured and label it fully cured

if you have any ammonia nitrite or nitrate testkits you'll know when it's safe to add fish and if the rocks fully cured or not

hmm.. i've heard alot about aussies taking stuff.. i guess it depends on the state..
