If down the road I get my plans together and build a plywood tank I was planning on using Pond Armour's Pond shield epoxy knowing my structure needs to be well done enough to prevent flexing. Now my question is with using that epoxy what should I use to fill in the screw heads and what should I fillet my inside corners with assuming the fillet is really needed.

It's really not that important to fill in your screw heads if it's not submerged. But if you had to do it you can use some bondo. For the inside corner filets I used wood glue then fiberglassed over it.
Thanks! I was hoping to avoid fiber glassing the inside corners but not using fiberglass is probably more risky than it's worth.
