Question On Fish Eyes

Hey, so I've googled and googled, asked around and still cant come up with an answer to my question. Perhaps someone where will be able to do so. I am wondering why certain fish can move their eyes individualy, some can just straight up move their eyes and why some fish cant move their eyes at all. Also what is each type of eye movement called?

Which one moves one eye and not the other?

Some fish probably evolved to be able to move one eye due to how they are in the wild. Some can probably do it for hunting reasons or for look out.

awesome, you have no idea how long ive wanted to know that, what do you call fish that cant move their eyes?
