Buy an eheim automatic feeder and just leave a mix of pellet foods that they like in there they say that they feed for over a month so with those bigger guys and u just being gone for two weeks I think I read should be ok.

u should be out or you could go with the guy above me

depending on where you live, hire one of those PROFESSIONAL pet sitting services. not fly by night craigslist operation, but a reputable service (yes, they are out there)

most of them offer feeding fish/reptiles, and can do the basic feeding schedule once every few days. may end up costing $100 bucks for 2 weeks or so, but its an idea. people hire sitting-services to walk their animals and goto customers houses to give their pets attention so they dont need to be boarded during vacations.

im not thrilled about people going into my house when im not home, but a true company thats bonded and insured has done this 1000x over, and wouldent be in business if there was any issues.

If you go with the automatic feeder, make it feed sparingly (maybe by using a light timer from walmart). And make sure you get one that hooks up to an airline and airpump, this will keep the food from screwing up the machine.

Nice

I have never used this for food, but I have used it for dosing meds. I love this machine. If you can afford it, it will work. It can feed 1 meal a day, for 28 days. You put exactly what you want in the seperate compartments, and it just dumps it in.

Cheap

Works on same principle, just not as thorough. Will still work for 1 meal a day/ 14 days.

Hi! I would personally go with the automatic feeder. They are pretty cheap and you never know when you may have to leave sometime and need it again so yeah, and make sure you check all the levels before you go, etc, because you do not want to leave with a tank not balanced, and also, i would do a water change, just my advice though :P

I set up my automatic feeders about a week before I leave to make sure that the feeder is working properly and dispensing the right amount of food. Then I do a huge water change before I leave (just in case there is any funny business). I have never had a problem, except that one time when my CK knocked the feeder off the back of the tank (don't ask me how).
