Q1- max size in captivity is around 20in, correct?
Q2- how long does it grow roughly from 10in to its max size? 1 year? 2 years?

My feeding regime is one day with one big meal that they can eat for 10min, the next day they fast, and repeat. Water change 50% every saturday

How big they grow will probably also depend on how big their tank/pond is, and how many of them are in the tank.

Q1) 24"
Q2) Depends on how well you feed the bass. You can get a Mono to a 14" size in 12 months easy, but if you want to hold them back, then you can get 10" max in a year if you like. with poor care and neglect, you can keep the fish under 10" in. If you feel that you cant hold a bass like this, then dont own one.
