Question on Pellet Feeding

Ok now, my peacock bass's are currently feeding on Hikari Massivore pellets.
Was wondering if they will also grow faster on them? Or if anyone has any suggestions on type of pellets that would help growth.

Some one will chime in. I think pellets are the best for them because they have all the nutrients in one bite. I don't know how they effect growth.

I have nothing to back this up other than my own experiance. Pellets make for a great staple, and there is nothing wrong with useing them for that. However, I have yet to see a fish, esp a predatory one that didnt benifit from a varied diet. Chunk's of frozen food such as blood worms or pemysis, whole raw shrimp, and gut loaded insects I usualy do earth worms and cickets. I usualy feed pellets in the AM on my way out, and bugs/worms in the evening. If I just so happen to be makeing veggies for dinner or eating fruit I will pull of some tid bits and toss it in for the fish.
