Question on purchasing over aquabid

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have not bought any fish YET, but I am bought a filter just today. We will see if I ever get it LOL. It should have a rating for the seller I think too doesn't it?

Hopefully you will get some feedback on this guy because a while back there was someone on there outright stealing from people, that was a fish seller.

I've used AquaBid quite a lot actually...and before I ever buy anything I ALWAYS send a private message to the seller first and ask at least SOME kind of question...Based on that you kind of just have to go with a gut feel - but the good sellers not only respond quickly and fully, some times they'll even call you and discuss it over the phone as well.

well my recent history with aquabid is not good, I piad for a atlantic smoothhound and now its been a month and nothing. The guy I am trying to deal with has made it a nightmare ever since I paid him. I even talked to him prior paying him and everything seemed legit, as you can prob guess I was wrong and now amazingly he is unable to be reached. Im not completely accusing the guy of fraud becasue I have talked to him a few times but he recently told me it was going to be awhile before he could get me a shark and offered me a refund, I told him to send me the refund a week ago and have yet to even get a email response from him. So I am going to give him a chance before I claim he is a fraud. As for blacktip17 he seems very good I emailed him and he instantly responded and even called me, which was a major upgrade from my last order. He currently has a shark for me but wants to make sure it is healthy for shipping and eating well, this is all without me even giving him a deposit, so I believe blacktip is a trustworthy dealer.

I have an ornate wobby and thornback guitarfish coming from BlackTip - so far he's the most trusted shark dealer I've dealt with.

Black tip is a great dealer and super honest. I have gotten a bunch of sharks and stuff from him and all are doing well. you can't go wrong getting your sharks from him.
