Yes, that would be good. IMO that would be a fully stocked 20 gallon on how fish go.

That should work ok. I personally would stick to 1 goby in a 20 gallon, but that is up to you. You shouldn't have any problems.

A goby and a jawfish are going to fight.

Especially since both of them are hole diggers. In my experience, if fish inhabit the same niche, they will fight if they ever run into each other, which, in a 20g tank, is sure to happen.

this could potentially happen people have succesfuly kept gobies and jawfish but its about 70/50 % that they would fight

i personally would either do
a pair of common clowns (they should be kept in pairs as its not healthy to keep a fish that pairs off and lives in anenomes on their own)
1 yellow headed jawfish
1 firefish
1 Swissguard basslet

5 fish wouldnt be really overstocked as a normal 20g is 2.5ft so really theirs plenty of space

or
a pair of clown fish
1 watch man
1 catalina gobie
3 chromis

but thats just me i do like to overstock a bit nothing rong with that really as long as you dont slack with maintance too much :D

If you are going to overstock your tank...make sure that you do it slowly.

Have the right equipment.

And know that none of the fish will be crowded in a matter that will limit, danger, or stress them.

Its one thing to overstock your bioload...its another thing to overstock your tank, and yes, there is a difference.

i know theirs a big difference but these stockings wouldnt really overstock your aquarium it prob would a little on the bioload with the chromis but i dont think a 2.5ft aquarium would be overstocked with these stockings
