Question on W/C devils

Do W/C red devils generally stay smaller in size than captive bred devils?
Just wondering because I found a really great deal on two 55 gallons w/ stand that holds them both and was thinking of putting a devil in each.
Would this work?

The 4x2x2 is still more of a "maybe" thing.
Just look on craigslist and you can find quite a few deals.
PM some local members and you'll get alot of help.
I know I did.

Ok cool.
I'll be getting a larger tank this summer.
I just want to get the 55's and then some RD's.
Then, no more fish!
Need to save for a bigger tank!
