Question on waste and cycling..

When doing a cycle with fish does fish waste slow down the process or increase the process of cycling? Basically I'm wondering if I should be cleaning out the filter or leave it as is. I'm looking for results of a quicker cycle.

Leave it alone and watch the tank chemistry, that is your indicator.
