I have been feeding my rays blackworms , blood worms, and shrimps . I pulled a bounch of worms from my garden today and was wondering is it ok to feed them garden worms all the time or just once and a while ?. Should i soak them in galic gaurd befor feeding them to my rays or just throw them in the tank ?

We feed our rays nightcrawlers as the major part of their diet. Worms from your garden would be excellent food for rays, as long as you aren't using chemical fertilizers or pesticides that could get into the worms and then into your ray.

Its weird...., I have heard so many conflicting ideas on this matter.... Has anyone defiently had a situation where a night crawler resulted in any of their rays getting a parasite or even dying.... really would like to know how common this is????

Do you think its bad for rays to get earth worms as a regular part of their diet...., since it doesnt seem like it would be something that their digestive tract would be to used to seeing in the wild???

They just like them so much...., but so does any fish for that matter....
