I am in the middle of making a acrylic drip tray for my new Sump
I was just wondering if its safe to use Weld On 16 to join my pieces of acyclic together as thats the only one I can find here in OZ

Nah Bro Geo's are Cycling the tank for me The tank is a
L 5 x H 2.5 x W 2 and will be housing my RTG

You should be fine using Weld-on #16. You can always reinforce the corner seams by adding a small square-cut piece on the inside.

What is your substrate? I like the colour looks very close to what I have.
