question to fx5 owners

just had a question about the fx5... i turn my filters off when i do feedings, which one of them is a fx5. and each time i plug it back in, it will run on average for two-three minutes and then shut down for about 2 mins and then start back up.. do any of your fx5s do this and could this be a symptom of a future problem? thanks

Yes...all FX5 do it, it's a purge delay to get out all the air in the system. Instead of unplugging it just turn the knob to slow the flow.

ALSO every 24 hours they shut them self off for 2 min to purge the air.

yeah thats why i did so poorly in high school, some books didnt make it to video
