Is it possible to tell if a smaller motoro is a marbled motoro, even though they dont have markings yet because they're not matured? Are there any other ways except for the markings? I heard that marbles should have 2 layers of smaller spots on their outer disk?

the 2 rings of spots is common on marbleds as well as chain links i dont use that for IDing them because ive seen nice columbian motoros with those rings of spots...
hard to say. Some rays it will come later.. Some sooner. Like in this pic. This pup is only a month old. And you can tell.. So it will take alittle bit. But I wouldnt say mature. As most all rays are done with the patter change by then. If it still changes its little things
